Anasazi Heritage Center
The Dolores Archaeological Project
The Anasazi Heritage Center is a curation facility that houses thousands of artifacts of ancestral puebloan culture and history in the four corners region of the Southwest. They provide outreach to the public that includes educational programs. The museum also conserves artifacts, and encourages public awareness about modern archaeological methods. Many of these artifacts derived from the Dolores Archaeological Project, the largest public archaeological program in US history.
