The Zuni Field School
The Zuni Field School, held in Zuni, New Mexico, included activities designed specifically with the middle school students from this area in mind. The students spent the week learning more about their history through the lens of archaeology from Zuni and other surrounding Native American teachers and archaeologists. The field school was based around Francisco Vásquez de Coronado's Entrada with the ancestors of today’s Zuni people at Hawikku.
